If for any reason you don't agree that your new greenhouse or accessory is the first-class available and at the best possible price, simply send it back to the address we will give you when you phone to tell us you wish to return the item or we will arrange collection for larger items, so long as thye are in good condition and in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. We guarantee to refund you the purchase price, less delivery and collection charges, these will be agreed with you first.
If you feel you would like to return your purchase, please telephone us on 01945 410 361 so we can agree the procedure with you.
We can't accept a request for a return if the item has been damaged after delivery. e.g. You have erected your greenhouse and the parts have damage showing on them so they cannot be reused.
If it is an item such as an auto vent opener or some other mechanical device, where you would have to fit it to know if it worked or not and it was defecitve, we would replace it F.O.C.
