Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
Accessories are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days, larger items that need to be delivered by our own transport
can take up to 4 - 5 weeks as we only deliver into designated areas on a rotating 4 - 5 week basis.
All greenhouses are delivered by the manufacturers own transport on a rotating 4 - 5 week circle.
Shipping charges are included in the greenhouse price unless otherwise stated, e.g. if shipping
was to certain parts of Scotland or offshore Islands, where this would be charged for as an extra
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it, unopened and in a re-saleable condition, buyer to pay return carriage/postage.
Notification of any complaint or shortage should be phoned into our office ( 01945 410 361) within 3 days of delivery and confirmed in writing within 14 days of the date of delivery, in the event of glass this period is reduced to 48 hours, after which time no claims for broken glass will be entertained.
It is recommended that the customer makes a thorough inspection on delivery or as soon as possible after delivery, and to right any comments about shortages or breakages on the delivery note before signing it and to get the driver to countersign and confirm your comments.
Any damaged part or broken glass will be replaced free of charge, providing the above advice has been adhere to.
